Chevron shaped slow moving with chevron lights and silent

I was standing in front of my door elevated above the street looking up in the sky when I noticed a transparent craft in a v shape moving silently across the sky in a SW direction it had dim lights in a v-shape it seemed like it was a chevron-shaped dark color it moved very slow as slow as a helicopter.
