Looking southeast toward city of Owasso, I saw a a saucer with a wider white base with an orange dome top. Object held still about 10 miles from my house. My wife and I witnessed a red beam projected up about twice the length of object. The beam retracted. A green beam was later projected down from object again twice length of object and again retracted. Process took maybe 5 minutes from start to finish. Process repeated 3 times that I saw. Lost interest and went inside.
