seen black metallic rectangle,three feet wide and four feet long electric blue plasma under it that went in and out every four seconds. Was about thirty feet from me and about 15 feet off the ground.. No sound at all . clear day no clouds move slow like glided.

went inside to show someone and came back out, it was so fare away. traveled n/e.
