20 or more white dots moving erratically in Schaumburg, IL 6/13/19

On a clear day with only a few clouds, my wife and I were walking the dogs and saw about 20 or more white dots drifting slowly and heading east in Schaumburg, IL. All of the objects were moving erratically, and in a slow motion. The objects were moving up and down, and side to side, just slightly. After a few minutes, all of the objects slowly faded away.
