Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object

Flickering lights at edges of what appeared to be a triangle form. Was stationary at first and lights kept coming close and then getting farther or move away.

After a couple minutes, it started rotating around together. The lights appeared about 60 feet in the air and were over the Atlantic Ocean.
