Metallic object changing shape

I just got off work and walked outside I look over to my right facing east and there is a metallic object circling with four other small objects changing shape and doing all kinds of crazy stuff.

First I thought they were birds till I saw a silver flash and it made no noise and also ruled it out being a drone or a bird. The object was around 4,500 - 5,000 feet in the sky distance. My guess it was in a 10-15 mile radius because you can see incoming flights upto 20 miles away. I have video and some pictures of this
