Flickering object hovering for over 30 minutes

Circular object stationary in the sky for over a half hour. I looked at it through a rifle scope because the object was visibly flickering to the naked eye. The scope view amplified multiple colors from the object. Green, pink, blue, purple. From Clinton Township, the object was seen to the Southwest towards Warren.
