20 White starlight objects - near Goblin Valley State Park

While camping on BLM land we witnessed about 20 moving lights in the sky, evenly spaced apart and moving in a slow straight line. Did not appear to be aircrafts or shooting stars.

They looked like stars but were moving and not fading. This continued for about 15 minutes.
