Rows seemed to appear to be in a formation flight.

Each row contained 6 lights that appeared to be in an alternating diagonal line.

Behind the 3 rows there were at least 4 separate lights that were not in a formation and appeared to be trying to catch up with the other rows.

The lights seemed to be using the storm front for their movement.
