Numerous Lights in Ocean Isle Beach While staying at Ocean Isle Beach during the week of Labor Day, our family was on the crow’s nest of the home at around 9:30PM and we noticed one orange light coming toward us from the direction of North Myrtle Beach. It in few minutes, the one orange light turned into two orange lights. They were there for about 5 minutes and then disappeared. After the orange lights, we noticed flashes of white lights and while looking through the binoculars, we viewed lights sporadically flashing all around. The best way we could describe it is like floating glitter. This occurred for around 1.5 hours total. We have seen other things before in the sky, but this was really intriguing.
