Oval light in the sky that didn’t move for about 3hours. Near Midland Texas, looking north, there is a light in the sky that is in the atmosphere but is not moving and I have noticed it there for about 3 hours. The object is brighter than the clouds with no blinking lights and not round. After I was watching it for about 3 hours it started getting smaller and staying in the same place as if it was moving away and then finally it disappeared. Thats it.
