Orange oval, like a blowtorch the way it glowed. Lower than a plane, smaller than a helicopter. Slow moving.

Driving towards Utica and saw it fly over 15th St very slowly. Glowing orange oval, watched it until I had to turn right on Utica. Lost sight of it for 10 seconds could not relocate.
