small white sphere spotted on horizon off coast of Dennis Port, MA

Sitting on a beach chair on cliff looking down at the beach, rock jetties, and the water in front of me. I was facing south direction. Visibility is clear. I see a white sphere bounce up and down a few times in sky before vanishing. It was far enough away to look small in the sky but was at least at the horizon. This was in the day between 1-4pm.
