Location details: 2 straight back of my house 100 yards approximately and 1 150 to 200 yards to the left from the hous

Bright lights 5 to 6 feet off the ground

Small circles of light moving about 5 to 7 feet off the ground moving left and right and up and down. We saw them 2 weeks ago and again tonight. 2 were fairly close to each other and one to the left about 200 yards from the other 2. They move quickly when they move left or right or up and down. Neighbors outside dogs barking. My dogs are barking for no reason. You can tell there is not a person holding a flashlight because u can see the light that is coming from them lighting up the woods around them 360 degrees.
