Triangular shape object in front of the sun.

I was just taking a sun rise picture, I point the cellular phone camera to the sun and took this picture. The weather as you can see is cloudy and is raining at the left of the object.

I took just one picture and went inside my house and after while I was looking I notice this unsual triangular shape object.
