Bright blue/green circle flash flying fast horizonatally in sky and went away in 3 seconds.

I saw a bright blue/green circle flash come out of the sky out of no where and starting flying like a plane and went away in like 3 seconds. It was not a flying star or a meteor crashing because it was flying horizontally super fast.
