Large cigar shaped craft hovering motionless over a mountain near Spring Hollow Reservoir.

Driving South on 81 a couple miles North of Ironto exit and looking Easy toward Spring Hollow Reservoir saw a cigar shaped craft about the size of a 747 hovering motionless over and slightly behind a mountain. Saw it for approximately 15-20 seconds before the terrain of the area obstructed my view.
