Watching Cowes live cam and we saw a light flashing erratically then a ball flashes from right to left of screen then bounces back .

Watching Cowes live cam on you tube we saw a light on a building lower centre screen start to flash erratically, then a white flash of light entered right to left of screen then bounces at speed to the right then left then right again off screen.
