From a bright glowing light to blue and white lights just still in the sky.

Traveling on Rte. 209, it was rainy and foggy on the the road. From a distance I saw a bright twinkling light. When I got closer to it, I pulled over. I was not exactly underneath it, but close. There were 2 rows of white lights. Between the rows of white lights was a row of blue lights that stuck out farther than the white ones. I turned my music off, opened my window. I did not hear a sound. These lights were underneath this object. And it was still. It was no longer bright and twinkling. The object was not that high in the sky. Maybe 3 large tree's high. About 30 seconds later it just took off.
