It came from SW Direction heading NE with wrapping flashing lights that change colors every so often.

At 1:15 am i noticed a bright light flying in from the ocean. It looked like an airplane but then it disappeared. As I’m trying to figure what happened to it ,it reappeared almost right above me . So I took my phone out and video it ..
