White looking disk appearing and disappearing

Walking our dogs and saw bright white shiny thing is sky.
Was disappearing and reappearing for a few seconds.
Managed to get my phone out and film a few seconds.
Shouted to partner who was walking in front and he saw it.
Then It completely disappeared.
