Young man called to recount his sighting of a "ball of blue light."

He was looking at the screen of his computer, and looking out into the backyard of his home at the same time. He saw a flash of blue light, which looked like a "bubble of light." He estimates that it was at least 1/4 mile distant, and it could have been as far as 3 miles distant, since that is how far away the edge of the valley in which his home is located is.

The bubble of light seemed to the observer to have a 3-dimensional quality to it.
