Thimble shape rocket out of a silo

A thimble shaped rocket,,, the size of a 1/2 ton truck shot out off the ground. 2-3 blocks away. In the middle of the day. First there was a barrel shaped cloud just above the house across the street,, then a thimble shaped rocket with a blunt nose, shot out of this cloud. No noise.

The plume that came off of this was all the way around the bottom 7/8th,s of the way down. The bottom1/8th,s was a solid ring around the bottom. An Aerospike engine comes to mind. I'm guessing this was hydrogen powered,,, the vapor dissipated rapidly. The object went up 300' then headed south west at a 30°angle.

The energy coming out of this little thing was unbelievable. Myself my girlfriend and her neighbor across the street saw it. I and my girlfriend were facing it. The neighbor had his back to it. I said "hey, look at that".

The neighbor turned and said "that came out of that"…

Her house is on the edge of the mountain preserve. So, I went around the houses on a trail. And approximated the location.

I have a bearing from where I was and the top of the house across the street. Which means,,,There is an underground base there. I've have not reported this prior to this.
