Up at a local hangout in a field when slowly an object was flying toward us.

The pewter color cigar shape object slowly flew about 30 ft above our head. It was huge, the size of half a football field. As we were hurrying to get back into the car and scram it shined a light to the ground missing us by about 50 ft. It shook us to the core. First time in my life I have ever felt imminent danger. I also encounter 2 more UFO encounters with in 1/4 mile of the same location that same summer. The object made no sound.
