No sound craft moved at right angles.

Noticed a small craft 4-5' off the deck moving up the Savannah River. It turned 90 degrees and headed to my position and began to hover. The craft was silver with red and white lights. It had a transparent top and I could see one occupant. It waved and slowly moved away.
