A huge craft, (observed during nightime) like one entire city in the sky or millions of jetplanes flying in formation (no sound)

A huge craft, its like one entire (big) city in the sky (nightime)! or millions of jetplanes flying together in formation at the same time! Full of lights, slowly moving towards the horizon (no sound)until it dissappeared.It was observed by some other people in the vicinity of the Mactan Island bridge linking Cebu City and Mactan Island, Philippines.
