Item floationg over statuette in NY

I was just taking some tourist pictures in NY, and first discovered this morning, that there was something "floating" next to a statuette, as i developed it.

NUFORC Note:

Object looks like a "disc," but could be a bird, flying away from the camera, and down, with its wings spread almost straight. Object is unidentified. PD
