glowing red orange spheres off coast of n. myrtle beach

Objects were orange red; appear after dark. can be seen while looking toward the ocean from the shore. objects appear to be round . last anywhere from 3 to 15 seconds. they appear in a cluster usually. there doesnt seem to be a pattern to how often they appear.
