Ten-fifteen lights, appearing and reappearing in a line.

My friend and I were sitting on the beach when ten-fifteen reddish orange lights appeared in the sky, then dissapeared as they appeared: one by one. They reappeared within seconds, but miles away, seemingly closer to the ground, heading south.

Within five minutes, there was an aircraft in the vicinity, seemingly in chase.
