Bright glowing ball huvering over the ocean,jerked to the right than down,than vanished!!

It was a hugh brigtht glow/ball of multicolored lazor lights shooting/radiating off of it!! It was huvering over the ocean,than it jerked to the right than it dropped down!! I'VE NEVER SEEN any Aircraft do this before!! Than it dissapeared right before our very eyes!! It was amaizing to see!! Did any 1 else see this?? I also saw this same light about a month before!! Same glowing light huvering inland towards San Clemente this time, for about a minute than it dissapeared!! So after seeing this samething twice, I decided to write about it..
