investigated light. saw object moving toward me. circular not a helicopter. Saw two occupants through "windshield". Looked human, one was smiling broadly. Passed overhead at about 40 ft. Could see details of the underside as it went directly overhead. No wheels. Two large ducts underneath set into undercarriage. Openings oriented in direction of flight. Disappeared and went below treetops about a mile from me. Possible ion drive?
