looking to east-ne sky approx.30 degrees off horizon line,watched very slow movement of this object toward the horizon,brilliant, vivid orange "tail", eliptical, teardrop shape, no sounds, was length of thumbnail at arm's length entire viewing time till lost over horizon, viewing position aprox. 50-60 feet above sealevel.
