taking pictures ,found object on a picture when we got home .
did not observe at the time we took the snap shot ,but found it when we returned home

We have reviewed the photo, sent electronically, and our first guess would be it is a photograph of a hummingbird flying from left to right in the field of view. We are awaiting response from the witness with regard to this tentative appraisal of the photo.
