White light that changed color, disappeared & reappeared My husband & I enjoy sitting outside at night to view stars, sattelites, meteors etc... I noticed what appeared to be a sattelite flying from south to north. It appeared to be flying at normal speed until it suddenly shifted color to a very dark red. I could barely see it for about 10 seconds & then it seemed to disappear. Then the white light appeared again in the same area of the sky. It should have been much further north if it had been maintaining a normal speed. We then saw it appear again in a more westerly direction. For two minutes it appeared & disappeared in different locations of the north & west sky. Until if finally disappeared all together.
