moving light over St. Louis, MO I'm staying at the Radissson on 4th st. directly across from the arch. I went out on the balcony to look at the arch and noticed a star-like light that appeared to be swinging like a lantern. I then focussed on this light and to my surprise it moved closer and continued it's swinging motion in the sky. it then moved off to the west at a preposterous speed. nothing like an aircraft that I have ever seen. simply fantastic.
