Huge craft with role after role of light on the bottom side

When I was 12 my whole family and I saw a UFO fly over our home in the country. It was about 9:30 pm this thing was huge, roughly half a mile above our home. It was Circle shape with role after role of light on the bottom side. It made no sound. Now often in the distance you could see two lights heading our way than you heard two Sonic Booms. We believe they were two jet trying to intercept this huge craft.
