giant cigar flying at a very high rate of speed

I witnessed a gray cigar shaped object flying at a very high rate of speed . It was flying staight across the sky and was at about a 30 degree angle . It was a clear day with no clouds in the sky . It was flying faster than anything I've ever seen . It was also larger than anything I've ever seen in the sky .
