Moving lights across the sky We went outside to look at the stars. Noticed a moving "star". It was very distant looking and we didn't see any flashing lights. It seemed to be moving quite fast for a plane or satellite. When it was almost overhead, it suddenly emitted an extremely bright light that had bluish tones to it. I would say the light shone for a couple of seconds then turned off. The "star" continued moving on until we finally lost it. We saw at least 3 other ones just like it, moving in the same direction, from the south to the north in a period of 5 or 10 minutes. If you look straight at it, after awhile you would lose it unless you looked at it indirectly. ((NUFORC Note: Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD))
