UFO sited at Minnehaha Creek in Minneapokis Minnesota

We were watching the stars at Minnehaha Creek. In the western sky, south of the Big Dipper, a star (unknown) had a spot flashing every few seconds around it. First it was on the left, then up top, then on the right. We were only there for a few minutes, but it continued for 1/2 hour on our walk home.
