Flashing lights over Oklahoma

We saw 4 of the same type of craft. Flashing lights with multiple colors. All were cone shaped and moving very slowly. The first sighting was in the northeast direction. The second was north northeast. The third was due north, and the fourth was southeast. 2 of the observers were in a different part of the city. One set of the observers were on the southwest side of the city, and the other set was on the southeast side.
