slow moving object moving over highway in between sanger and valley view tx had a green glow

it was seen just a little higher than an over pass moving very slowly across the highway me and a friend pull and took a picture of it but it is dark picture the craft had a green glow to it on all sides and under the craft we have a picture but not a very good one it was taken...
