Round white, red and blue twinkling lights, object not moving for a long time Object twinkling in the sky, we thought it was a star or an aircraft but through binoculars we see that it is a circle twinkling with red and blue lights. It has been sitting in the western sky for about an hour motionless other than the sparkling of the lights. It's very high and looks pretty big. But it is too far away to photograph, I don't have the right kind of camera
