I know of no object that could do it. Looking out my window, over the pacific beach. I saw a light and thought it was star. Except it moved (moving a short distance) then stopping and doing that again. The light was white, a big light in the front and a small light in the back. It finally just went lights out and gone. Time duration- 25 minutes. It was high in the sky and way out in the pacific ocean
