4 disc shaped lights moving at high speed in erratic eliptical patterns, mostly counter-clock-wise, at times appearing to move two at a time in unison as a pair, appearing low in the sky above downtown business district, visible steadily, 1st spotted pre-dawn around 5:40 am and visible until about 6:10 am.
