No of observers: 1

Shape: Light
Characteristics: Lights on object

Lights in the sky that look like stars or satelites, but do not move accordingly per the laws of physics.

First off, I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and I am a rational person. I was standing in my drive way outside my house in Chandler, Arizona haveing a cigarette and watching the stars. I then noticed one "star" moving across the sky and I thought to myslef, "Its just a satellite." but as it was moving I notice three more following behind the one I originally saw in a vertical column behind it, at the same speed. I then thought, " Just more satellites..."; but then they stopped completely and looked just like stars again. If you call the starting point from the first "star" started moving as 0 degrees, and directly behind me as 180 degrees, they moved aproximetly 35 degrees to the west over the course of about two minutes. After that two minutes, they remained still for about another eight to ten minutes before I went inside. It is entirely possible that this can be explained with rationality, but I have never seen this before in my 23 years ! of existence, nor have I ever heared of this happening before. I should also mention that I am a college student that is a Science/Engineering major, and know that this doesn't normally happen. Unfortunately, I did not have a camera or video camera that can effectively record light sources such as stars in the night sky.
