approx. 12 red spheres following thesame flight path

round, reddish spheres travelling west pushing white light ahead, stopped in same spot aprox.1-2,000 feet overhead, hovered and then moved south and skyward, visible to airline cruising height, spaced a couple of minutes apart, would group into threes before moving on, this lasted for 20 minutes.
