Bright light, still for 1 minute, moving slowly, then sped up and disappeared

On February 9, Wednesday morning about 1:20 am looking east I saw a rather bright light, one, in the far distance, maybe 5 miles or more away. It wasn’t very high in the sky, level with light poles and telephone poles in my view. It stayed in one place for almost one minute, slowly moved north, then moved quicker and I lost it in the distance.

When I look east I usually see planes departing O’Hare airport. I’m about 10 miles west of O’Hare. This was much too bright and seemed to be still for a long time.

It was also slightly south of O’Hare. Maybe a few miles.

Although the information I'm giving above lists my city and county, I beleive it was just west of Chicago near Fullerton Ave.
