I observed an aircraft flying above our town at low altitudes at varying speeds and the aircraft did not make any noticible sound.

Last night, my friends daughter called her and asked if we could see something in the sky. My daughter went and retrieved me from my room and told me to look out our window.

I looked east and up, saw a few blinking lights right above our town. Nothing out of the ordinary...until the lights slowed down to a crawl and almost stopped without losing any altitude.

I immediately ran outside to get a better view. I saw the same thing, but did not hear any engine noise. It was extremely clear out, no wind and there was not visible moisture in the air. It appeared to be approximately 600 or 700 feet in the sky.

I called my brother and asked him to look out and see if he could see anything, after looking for a short while he described exactly what I saw. The object slowed down and sped up at different intervals and sped up as it past our town. It continued on a straight path for a while then changed direction towards the town north of us.

I could not identify any shape, it was too dark. The outside lights were bright white and the blinking lights changed from red, white and bluish green. I have a 20 second video of the blinking lights, can't identify anything other than there is lights blinking.
