three flashes, 3 objects moved to a certain spot in the sky, started spinning, then disappeared

I was on my morning run like I do every single morning. I have never seen anything like this, there were 3 small flashes in the sky that looked like shooting stars, but they didn't go straight.

The first one came out of the first flash, flew across the sky and stopped, then the next flash came and the second one went to the first and stopped.

The third did the same and stopped.

Then they all started spinning and made a ring of light in the sky then it got smaller then disappeared.
