Strange "fireball" orbs sighted in Illinois

Observed round red/orange "fireball" object in sky to the west of our home, about 45 degrees elevation, moved north to south, followed by another several seconds later. Objects did not make any sound whatsoever.

Then another set of objects using same interval as first appeared traveling same direction/altitude. A total of four sets of objects were observed.

All objects flew north to south until lost in clouds. Also, observed "whiteish" colored object at much greater altitude moving overhead southwest to northeast at same time, object did not appear to be "normal aircraft". None of the objects pulsated, blinked, or flashed.

Weather: rain earlier in day, "weird" cloud formations. Have small amount of video to forward.
